These terms cover the use of this website and the PitCrew early-access / founding-grid programme. PitCrew is operated from the United Kingdom. By using this site or signing up, you agree to the following.
PitCrew is in a pre-launch phase. Signing up registers your interest in the founding programme — it does not guarantee a place, create an account, or form a binding contract. We'll be in touch to set things up, and any service agreement is entered into separately at that point.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. PitCrew is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged today; if and when we register, VAT will be added at the prevailing rate on top of your rate — a locked rate stays the same ex-VAT price.
The founding rate (£199/month ex VAT) is limited to the first ten shops and is locked for as long as your subscription runs continuously. After the founding ten, the standard price applies (currently £249/month ex VAT) — and the price you join at is the price you keep. Prices are confirmed in writing when you onboard.
The PitCrew service includes a business phone number and the messages the platform sends on your behalf — quotes, booking confirmations, repair updates and reminders, by SMS and WhatsApp — within the monthly price. Calls to your PitCrew number forward to your shop as part of the service. There are no per-message charges for normal shop use.
This is subject to fair use: normal communication between your shop and its own customers about their vehicles and repairs. If a shop's usage sits far outside normal shop use, we'll talk to you first — nothing is ever added to a bill without agreeing it with you in advance.
Messaging is for genuine communication with your own customers about your shop's work. Bulk marketing blasts, messages to people who aren't your customers, or anything that breaches UK marketing and privacy rules (including consent requirements) isn't permitted — and we may pause messaging for a shop whose use puts the platform's standing with the phone networks at risk.
Please don't misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt it, submit other people's details without permission, or use it unlawfully.
The PitCrew name, branding, and the content of this site belong to us. The white-label platform is designed so that your branding appears to your customers; the underlying software remains ours.
This pre-launch site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on pre-launch information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
